I’ve had a great experience living at Dunton Tower Apartments. The building is well maintained and the management team is always helpful. Michael and Shannon in the office have both been great to work with. They’re responsive, friendly, and always quick to help whenever something comes up. It makes living here easy and stress-free. Overall it’s been a really positive place to live.

Really great experience working with the team at Dunton Tower Apartments. Nicole and Michael were both friendly, professional, and very responsive throughout the process. They made everything easy and were always quick to answer questions and help when needed. The apartment itself was extremely clean and well prepared, and it’s clear the property is very well maintained. Overall, a smooth and positive experience — I’d definitely recommend working with this team.

I’ve been living at Dunton Tower Apartments for about a month now, and I can confidently say this building, the staff, the residents, and the surrounding area are all amazing. When I first moved in, the leasing agent who helped me was Michael, and he was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the process. He took the time to answer all my questions and addressed every concern with professionalism and care. Nicole, the other leasing agent was also very kind and welcoming. Anytime you need help or have a request, the leasing staff is quick to respond and get things taken care of. Overall, it’s been a great experience living here so far. I highly recommend this building if you’re interested in moving to the Arlington Heights area.

AMAZING staff! They go above and beyond. The leasing crew is quick to greet you with a smile, and the maintenance crew is on top of every request, even the non urgent ones. Clean, community driven, and safe. Highly, highly recommend. 🙂

I’ve lived here for 12 years and couldn’t be happier. Amazing location right near the train station and surrounded by lots of great restaurants. The building is very clean, feels extremely safe, and is both kid-friendly and dog-friendly. Maintenance is prompt and does an excellent job. The building manager is friendly, helpful, and truly cares about residents. The office staff is always pleasant, and the coffee in the lobby is a great bonus. Highly recommend this building!

Best decision! Looked at multiple places and Dunton Towers was home the minute I walked in and met Michael in the lease office! Everything has been wonderful. Michael and Shannon have been there for over a decade and are so helpful and make you feel at home immediately. Great amenities, great community feel. Highly recommend!

I’ve only been here a few months but I am very happy here and feel comfortable and safe. Excellent and welcoming staff. Maintenance resolves issues quickly. The units are beautiful. Balconies are spacious. Workout room is nice and the pool was great in the summer. Can’t hear noise from other units. Fridge has an ice maker!

Been living here for coming up on 2 years and am absolutely thrilled to have found Dunton Tower! Everyone that works in the building is phenomenal. Maintenance requests are handled promptly and the building is kept very clean! Anytime I have family or friends that visit, they are in awe at how nice the building and unit is! The residents are respectful of one another and the noise is kept at a minimum. If there are any concerns, the office is quick to address them politely. Overall 10/10 would recommend. LOVE YOU GUYS!!!!!

I moved here about 3 months ago and absolutely love it! The staff is the absolute best! They actually moved a couch to the garbage for me. Management staff picking up and moving a couch! Who else would do that? 5 stars all the way!

We love Dunton tower! The location, amenities and comfort is all fantastic, however, the staff makes it even better. The entire office staff is not only accommodating to me, but to my dog as well. Maintenance is beyond helpful and quick to respond despite the time of day. Couldn't be happier here.

Living in Dunton Tower for the last 2 years has been an awesome experience. The 2nd year on our lease was coming to an end and the staff was able to help us upgrade from a 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom unit. They made the transition process very smooth and easy!

From The beginning of the moving process, nothing but professionalism from Michael and the rest of the staff. The location is fantastic! I've lived down here before in another high rise, this location is much better, and better management. So far so good. They make everyone feel special

I have lived at Dunton Towers for about 3 years & I absolutely loved living in this community. Mike & Shannon from the leasing office are very professional/ friendly people who always have a smile & open to have those friendly conversations with residents . They have gone above & beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay. The property is in downtown Arlington Heights which makes it accessible to all the restaurants, bars & the Metra station. I recommend staying at this property.

Not only is it conveniently located with close proximity to the train station, great restaurants, and grocery stores, but it also has a friendly community. The leasing office staff and maintenance staff are very helpful and prompt in responding to maintenance requests. Michael and Shannon are very welcoming and make you feel at home. I absolutely love living here at Dunton Tower!!

Love Dunton Tower- The place is in a great location, is near a lot and the office team is incredible. They've helped me when things have come up, friendly to my family and friends, and just overall the folks DT look out for you. The neighbors greet you, very pet friendly community. Recommend.

I have lived in Dunton tower for a little over a year now, and it is by far my favorite apartment I have lived in.

Great location and well kept residential rental building. Building is always clean and mgmt. is incredibly responsive to tenant needs/requests. Building has a pool, lockers/bathroom with a decent workout room with free weights up to 75lbs. Treadmills, stepper and elliptical for those that want to spend 3 hours not lifting. Issues: - Sub-par washers (usually one is broken) - No bench or modern lifting equipment so gainz are had to come by.
